these moments that I've had. |

![]() Thursday, September 30, 2004 Contrary to Daves post today, Felix Eitner is MY new squeeze. To be fair to Felix and my friends, I must admit that the picture above is from 1997 and he is now past his best. Still, he's a catch and will be round later, while Dave is at an awful hippity-hop-type-'gig' in Camden, to soothe my brow, following a near-death experience on the M11 today, on my way back from Cambridge. Why do HGV drivers think they own the road? What gives them the inalienable right to signal and move out into the 'fast' lane (oxymoron these days) whether anything is coming or not? I have made a mushroom potage and will be serving this with pasta. We shall have Haagen Dazs for dessert, rubbing over each other's bodies, before ..... well, you get the picture. posted by Darren | 6:49 PM On Sept. 27, 1964, the Warren Commission issued a report concluding that Lee Harvey Oswald had acted alone in assassinating President Kennedy. This, of course, is utter tosh. posted by Darren | 5:39 PM Saturday, September 18, 2004 Macauley Culkin, whose only previous travels into 'interesting' territory was as a gay hustler and murderer in 2003's Party Monster, has done it again by getting arrested in Oklahoma for possession of marijuana, xanex and clonzebam. posted by Darren | 4:12 PM New York's favourite over-the-hill lounge act, Kiki and Herb, whom we have seen twice in London, are about to hit the after-party in the sky. The 60-something boozie-chanteusie and her hostile accompanist, Herb, are calling it quits on their decade-long sendup of failed show people. The duo commit career suicide at New York's Carnegie Hall, Sunday night, with their farewell performance, "Kiki and Herb Will Die for You". They will be missed, but remembered, fondly. posted by Darren | 2:53 PM Sunday, September 05, 2004 Continuing a theme... currently loving the forthcoming Duran Duran single. Showing my age... again... but a great return for the original line-up. posted by Darren | 10:22 PM Friday, September 03, 2004 I've said this before and etc etc........Vanessa Redgrave is as mad as a box of frogs. Currently loving the new Embrace single, "Gravity" (written by Coldplay's Chris Martin et al) and the extra tracks on the CDSingle. PopBitch says "Why?", I say "Its beautiful". posted by Darren | 7:27 PM |
